How do I know if I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
A repair usually fixes damage in one area, such as a leak around flashing or a few damaged shingles. A replacement makes sense when the roof is near the end of its 15–18 year life, the damage is widespread, or the decking has rotted. We inspect it and show you photos before recommending either.
